Homecoming at Clemson

Saturday was Homecoming at Clemson and Susannah has been waiting for this game all season! She loves the floats and walking on Bowman Field. She wanted her picture taken with every single display. Here are some pics of our fun Saturday in Tiger Town!

Go Tigers!

Cousin Time

We stayed in OK for 6 days and our days were completely full of wedding events, baby shower (for Ibby), helping prepare for baby's arrival and hanging out with grandparents. One of the highlights was our visit with Cousin Jasper! Can't you just see the excitement on Coleman's face?
Jasper quickly joined Coleman and Susannah in making dirt pies in Captain's backyard (Sorry Aunt Laura and Uncle SJ!)

The 3 cousins played ball for awhile
and did a little bit of hide-and-seek.

Uncle Steve J helped Coleman go "up!"

I hate that this picture is blurry! Aren't these 2 quite a pair?
Captain and the boys!
Thank you for spending the evening with us Jasper! We can't wait to play with you at Christmastime!

Flower Girl Take Two!

Susannah made an encore appearance as a flower girl on November 3rd. Our cousin, Lindsay, married Aaron and Susannah loved wearing her princess flower-girl dress! She took her job very seriously :)
Her favorite thing about this dress was the poofy bottom. After she put it on, she immediately curtsied before sitting down and spreading the dress all around her (very princess-like, don't you think?).
Hanging out with Chelsea and Katie!
Before the wedding we hosted the bridesmaid luncheon at a beautiful and tasty restaurant in OKC. Susannah LOVED the gelato!
Here is the beautiful bride and her sweet mom on the wedding day.
And here are my prince and princess before the big event started.
They needed to "get some energy out" before the wedding and had a blast running up and down the hallways of the church.
We did stop playing to snap some pics though.

As much as Susannah loves being a flower girl, her favorite part of any wedding is the reception.
Here she is relaxing with Captain before the dance floor opened up.
And here she is breaking it down with Jack the ring-bearer. These two danced all night long. At one point, Jack was literally running circles around Susannah.

It is hard to see your dress twirl while continuing to dance, don't you agree?
Congratulations to Lindsay and Aaron and best wishes for a happy life! Thank you for including Susannah in your special day!

Finally- Halloween in Pictures!

Early Thursday morning (Nov. 1), we flew to Oklahoma for Lindsay's wedding. Halloween came and went and after a few quick wardrobe decisions, we finally decided on a mermaid and tiger. Once Susannah decided on a mermaid, I dressed Coleman in his shark suit.
This is the only picture I have of him wearing it. He really DID NOT like it. Can you see his tears?
Once we put him in this tiger costume, he was one happy trick-or-treater.

Our little mermaid loved visiting our neighbors and collecting her treats.
We loved having so many friends with us!

The tiger was pretty set for the night once he had one sucker.

This little dum-dum sucker lasted longer than you could possible imagine! And he loved every minute of it!
Ariel ran into Cinderella one street over! These two had a great time together!

 Susannah was on a mission!
Sweet Lauren was dressed as the cutest pumpkin I have ever seen! Love that hat!
Our ladybug, Jordan, was so excited about her candy that she bit right through the paper!
Some more pictures of our Halloween night!

Soon we found the Hambys and Cowgirl Camille! Doesn't she look adorable?

These 3 girls are such sweet little friends. We are so thankful to have wonderful friends who share our neighborhood and church.
Hope you had a wonderful Halloween!
